Messing around in the kitchen.

Lobster bisque, added shrimp done in butter, garlic and sherry. Burned off the sherry and dumped it in. Used some bread and made garlic croutons.

Lunch is served.

Baked chicken drumsticks and potatoes,cornbread, creamed spinach and mashed pumpkin.
First time I ever had mashed pumpkin, I like it much more than turnips.
Best part was me not cooking anything. The Mrs . Had some sympathy for me tonight ??

And still confused how I missed the rare gorgonzola crusted hangar steak with crispy onions !!
