those are ok Stem $2.25# , tomatoes ? not the best cause they have a lot of water as do most commercial tomatoes…

they are bout a week on the counter as i remove the stems to prevent mold, it seems to help…

i do the same wit very fragile strawberries ?… cellfish…

I actually chunk it up and very very lightly flour it. I use the heavy pot and put two slices of bacon, let that cook down, and then brown the meat on MH heat. Then layer it from there.
