So all the seasoning is in the pasta package?

Yes.

You just add 1/4 cup olive oil & some white wine. Comes complete. They have all sorts of varieties. I added the shrimp. They were left over from the pizza I made the other day.

There's a specialty/qourmet shop here in town that sells all sorts of goodies like that.

Yea, I spoke to chef about that trip. He had over 100 lbs of haddock he caught.

Really liking the suggestion by Cell - one can tuna, one can sardines. Thank you @CELLFISH !!

Added onion, pepper, diced sundried tomato, diced carrots, miniscule amount of mayo and grey poupon mustard. Dash of Chesapeake bay hot sauce, lettuce and cheese on some crusty grain seed bread.
