yes, portable, love it… i fry on balcony to avoid stinking out the apartment, fried fish, hamburger, etc,

the induction tops are risky, im in this unfamiliar apartment and this happened this morning… haha, cell…

I'm confused lol. Sounds like you left utensils in the pot/pan that was still hot - even though the induction cooktop doesn't get hot?

Kind of defeated the purpose of the induction... I just forget and put plastic spatulas and stuff directly on the regular electric range cooktop,

i’m slightly confused too, but i think i got it,

my portable is induction ( works on ferrous bottoms ) stainless steel, cast iron… its hot to the touch only after cooking something…

here, my kitchen stove is a electric, gets hot very quickly… (dangerous). “Radiant Smooth” top… any kind of flat bottom pans work best, not wobbly pots… it’s hot to the touch immediately (most efficient) leftover heat too… You Know That…

electric coils are slowly being phased out…

what happened to my brush today, i forgot to remove it when trying to dry a pot, i also forgot to shut it off leading to a embarrassing mess… haha. glad the smoke detectors didn’t go off…

my gas stove in manhattan loves wobbly bottom pasta pots… haha..
