The whole Butcher Box thing has become a bit of a running gag at the Avenger household. We cancelled the service a long time ago, and we've still got a bunch of frozen pork loin. I mean,.... a... bunch....

The joke is a variation of; "What should we have for dinner tonight?"

"I dunno. We haven't had pork loin since yesterday."

So, tonight's dinner is another grilled, marinated pork loin. Only a half a dozen to go.

We are actually getting pretty good at this. The marinade recipe and grilling with a temperature probe pretty much hits all the lowlights.
