Whats on tonights Menu

I let it sit on the counter all day which allows it to rise - my dough is always frozen - take it out of the freezer the night before - let it defrost overnight in the fidge - then onto the counter in the morning in a bowl (covered with plastic wrap).

I was craving Chinese. After thinking about heading to Chinatown decided to stay local. Went to our favorite local spot. Had boneless spareribs and wonton soup for apps. Then I had Happy Family and the wife had shrimp in lobster sauce.

Love Wonton Soup when the Dumplings are fresh.
Lately I have been into Chow Fun, as long as they don’t load it up with Onion ..... I love onion but not in Chow fun or mei fun.

New Years Eve we went to a local Chinese restaurant. We had Mongolian Beef and Pork Chops Peking style. Both were very good.
