That looks pretty dang good.If there's one thing I miss the most about not being around the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area it's PIZZA. Picture yourself 27 years in Chicagoland where they feel that the casserole called "Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza" is proper pizza. Well what does a good NY Italian Boy do??? He learns to make his own. Although we do have "passable" pizza here, I still prefer the pizza at Cucina Roccus and tonight we're having "Saws-eech, Onion and Olive Pizza"...

Dom, u lived in Chi-town?? I was there for a couple of years mid 2004/5. Besides work, I loved the deep dish and Italian beef!!
