Well, just wrapped up making meatballs for the family this week. No pictures, not really a work of art. Putting together a baked cheddar pasta dish so maybe some pictures. Have to be careful, the oven puts out some really hot air, so I do not want the cheese to burn. It is a convection oven. Probably lower it to 350

Anyway, mozzarella and tomato, EVO, truffle balsamic. No fancy plate, do not want to clean dishes!!
