Got metal edging in the ground today. Put top soil throughout the yard. New seed, scotts triple action to prevent weeds. Got the sprinkler system fixed. Then put Peat moss down. Now watering it a bit.. what a long day. So much for a day off

I miss that landscaper.
let him go when I started working from home years ago , way before the pandemic.

Unless that mower is also a work machine, is you yard large enough to warrant a ride around?

BTW, make sure you plan a trip up here in late May/early June so we can go bass fishing...

Less is more, doing tasks a little at a time is way better than doing too much since then your recovery takes much longer

slow and easy gets it done and keeps it fun.

First cut since I've seeded. Might have to hand seed some of the bare spots. The scotts triple action for new seed is working nicely. I see a bunch of weeds turning yellow from it.
