My new favorite way to have fluke
We used the white “belly” fillets
Broccolini and cheesy Orzo with crusty bread for dipping into the francese sauce
I take no credit except for catching the fish and slicing the bread 😎

Chinacat, my mouth is watering each time I see this post. I can taste the flavor of the lemon. That fluke looks awesome, the sides and bread are a perfect fit.
 
I made another chicken Pattie for lunch and put this on , yummmmm

Got a leg of lamb and cut into a couple of small roasts. They came out great. Stuffed it with garlic, rubbed it down with olive oil and rosemary. Put it in an air fryer and pulled it out at 135 degrees. It was delicious with air fried potatoes and a late addition of carrots.
