NE winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. Seas 12 to 17 ft, occasionally to 22 ft. Rain likely.

•Rain begins late Sunday morning, early Sunday afternoon.
•Strongest winds Sunday evening and overnight.
•25-35 mph sustained. Gusts of 45-60 mph. Especially east end on the higher marks.
•Rain all through Monday as well.
•2-3” of rain likely.
•Coastal flooding as well (see posted map)

Those dead end roads at the ends of creeks are going to get inundated by this monster of a system
You are welcome to join us at my place but given my close proximity to the bay, I am setting up cots and chairs up in the attic just in case we get the same inundation as you 👍👍👍
