That would be me. My wife and I bought some property 10 plus years ago knowing this is where we wanted to retire. It reminds of of what the north fork on LI used to like back in the day. Retirement is now a reality and we're meeting a builder next month. We are probably going to go with a custom modular. We have made a number of friends over the years and come down regularly for events such as the Bay Day cleanup or the Kayak Challenge Race. We decided against waterfront and will be very content with a few acres of woods. We are looking forward to a quiet simple life. Nice to be on board in the forum. Tony
