We can be a bit old school with how food is cooked at Home.

As for the pics, I do that all the time.
Hallf way through I think,,,,,oh well.
I made another pie and when i went to take a pic the battery needed charging.
 
Italians feel it overpowers the fish. And I'm referring to the parmigiano reggiano in your pic.

Yeah ...... I'm with wader on this one. If you can look past the Italian stigma of no cheese on seafood ....... and pair the right cheese to the fish or shellfish, the combo can work really well together.


Hell I put it on all the time no combo schmombo pairing just pour it on :p:p

My wife and i shopped around for quite a bit before we settled on one. I can make whole rotisserie chickens in mine (y)

Witch one did you get,some day I'd like to have one with a rotisserie in it,whole chicken comes out awesome even in a non rotisserie,best hundred bucks I've ever spent on a cooking appliance..
