absolutely loving this................
Half way through the first season - they've green lit a second one. Check it out.
just finished it also...imagine living in those times where you could be raided and killed or worse. Even up to today some have it like that. When I asked my Dad why did the Irish rely on potatoes to survive, He said it was the only crop they couldn't ride thru and burn down because it was underground. His Father was a Dublin Police man but also IRAWatching 2nd season of Vikings: Valhalla. Not as good as first season so far and neither as good as The Last Kingdom.
that one iw on my listWatched “The Northman.” Or is it Amazon lol !? Meh. “Narvik” was excellent. SWMBO and I started “Women at War.”
I've got Women at War on my list - looks like I have to add Bonfire.......Two french "soaps" or limited series (8 less than hour long episodes each) had SWMBO and I bingeing the past week. Both starred three of the same attractive actresses, something for everyone, LOL: a redhead, a blonde (ooh la la) and brunettes. "Bonfire at the Bazaar" and "Women at War." Cliches galore, villains like in "Perils of Pauline" but if you watch them with your better half they were even more enjoyable. First set in 1898 Paris and the second at the front lines on WWI.
( I didn't even mind the dubbing and close captions that didn't match. If so inclined, don't let that stop you.)
