Bought a ’pint’ of Haagen Dazs today, their Pint is now 14os. I understand that costs go up but just raise the price. Don’t assume the Consumer is an idiot. They now lost me as a customer; I’ll find an alternative.

Bought a ’pint’ of Haagen Dazs today, their Pint is now 14os. I understand that costs go up but just raise the price. Don’t assume the Consumer is an idiot. They now lost me as a customer; I’ll find an alternative.

Unlike most ice cream companies, Maine ice cream maker, Giffords, still has Quarts and 1/2 Gallons that are actually Quarts and 1/2 Gallons. It's also damn good ice cream too!!

Great thought, but if it was left there, the tree would grow around it.

I guess living in a city means you've never seen a tree that grew up near a wire fence and years later you'd see pieces of that wire sticking out of the tree.

I'll have to take a look later at a tree on my property that had a blue piece of plastic tape around it to mark that a soil test was done there for a leach field. There's nothing but a piece of blue tape sticking out from the tree now...
