cleaned up the garage....need to pick up a glock 19 when gunny opens again. Unless I get attacked by small animals I'm in trouble.

Wife has been prepping meals for a few dayz in advance.
All have been great.

Tomorrow starts food prep for Easter but we are not gathering for the Holiday, will be strange.
She is going to make sauce meatballs Sausage and a La Zan Ya..... no lamb or ham since its just us.

Great day on the flats: necks, cherrystones & mongo chowdahs, beautiful selection of oysters, and a bunch of razor clams for bait.

Started a new "sport", sight clamming. Last month with Mud I noticed that the biggest clams were often "peeking out of the mud". Today I spent some time just looking into the crystal clear water. I got the monster below doing this, although my footprints muddied the water in the picture. Look at the circle...

Hey That’s pretty cool that you and mud saw the tops of clams sticking up like that
Honestly, it’s not that much of a shocker. I never use a rake and always clam by foot whether “treading” in water that’s waist high, chest deep, or ankle deep on flats. Thems be the ones you feel quickest and easiest with your feet??
