those are ok Stem $2.25# , tomatoes ? not the best cause they have a lot of water as do most commercial tomatoes…

they are bout a week on the counter as i remove the stems to prevent mold, it seems to help…

i do the same wit very fragile strawberries ?… cellfish…

I’ve had them in Maryland on the water like that.….. I’d rather it served cleaned and halved over pasta.

the sauce gets burgundy red and very tastie.
