Whats on tonights Menu

So to keep the story short. We put together a quick cocktail party for my daughter’s accomplishment and basically a bunch of snick snacks etc. My brother in law shows up with a striped bass fillet so the pots come out.

Pan seared. Artichoke, caper, onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, white wine. Folks who did not fill up on the regular items were pleased.

My Mother used to call me Lead Belly….I could eat anything spicey and hot anytime.
