definitely, most beans & legumes ( lentils ) freeze really good… i have pint containers of chick peas on standby for salads. better than cans...

cooked carrots / parsnips i find do not… ingredients for chicken or vegetable soup, it’s not so terrible though… cellie…

even though lentils take only 45 minutes, i enjoy stuffing the freezer…

me wife wants cabbage soup, basically caned tomatoes & fresh cabbage, with spices… freeze up to +10 quarts… V.G.
