Congratulations!?? looks like a great location ??

Took a ride up and down the roads of Schooner Bay today. Went past your new house Macks ! Reminds me of great south bay/ moriches .....
It's a nice spot, there's a really nice house at the end of the Rd on the right, beautiful inside, move in condition,it was a little pricey for me tho..

I'd guess 20276? It's at the end.

I was in that one when I went to check on the couple that Macks was interested in. Spoke to a few of the locals concerning flooding & this woman said I have one that hasn't gone on the market yet but will be. She then asked if I wanted to see it.

Great location - but house needs a lot of work & has absolutely no character. On a point with water on three sides.
The boat ramp needs either heavy fixing or complete replacement.
There's also an oddly placed building plot next to it. Almost behind the house.

I know the one you're talking about - took a walk around the outside.
From what I could see it was in really good condition.

Going to put offers in on the house at the end and the lot next to it, tomorrow am ...... I would like to be able to get both. We really liked the vaucluse shores area, but not sure about dealing with the distances from grocery, Walmart and medical facilitys. We'll see what happens. It was good seeing you and Max again, Larry. Good job on that pile of wood !

Good luck John - they accept it & if it's not too early - we should meet at the Blarney Stone for a celebration drink before you head north.......................

Would love to ......but,
Two days all day driving ....... looked at properties on both sides of the peninsula, covered everything we wanted to look at from just north of Cape Charles to the ocean side by Wallops. Dogs are shot and tired of living in the truck. We are planning on hitting the road north, early am. We also stopped in at Sandpiper Marine ..... very nice people, family run. Going to have to weigh out the price difference vs dragging the privateer down to have them install the outboard.
